1. Strategic management accounting刪除原本 Alg 知識點。

e) Evaluate how models such as SWOT analysis, PEST, Boston Consulting Group, balanced scorecard, Porter's

generic strategies and 5 Forces may assist in the performance management process.

PEST model 移動至 Ale 。

5. Environmental, social and governance factors小標題名稱改動。

b) Discuss the social and ethical issues that may impact on strategy formulation, and consequently,business performance (e.g.sustainability).

c) Discuss, evaluate and apply environmental management accounting using for example lifecycle costing, input-output analysis and activity-based costing.
