CFA考試退費(fèi)說明

（一）CFA協(xié)會(huì)明確規(guī)定

當(dāng)考生完成報(bào)名并成功付費(fèi)的48小時(shí)工作日內(nèi)（美國時(shí)間），可以寫郵件至CFA協(xié)會(huì)申請退費(fèi)。48小時(shí)之后，CFA協(xié)會(huì)不接受任何理由的退費(fèi)申請。
所以考生在報(bào)名之前一定要想清楚，做好學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，看是否有時(shí)間完成這次考試?？忌捎谧陨韨淇疾怀浞?，不想?yún)⒓赢?dāng)期的考試，為這個(gè)提出申請，協(xié)會(huì)是肯定不會(huì)同意的。

（二）CFA考試延考說明

考生若因個(gè)人特殊原因無法參加已經(jīng)報(bào)名繳費(fèi)考試的話，可向CFA協(xié)會(huì)申請延期考試至下一期考試。

CFA延期、緩考申請沒有緊迫的時(shí)間限制，但也是越早越好，特別是在CFA協(xié)會(huì)公布考生準(zhǔn)考證之前向協(xié)會(huì)提出申請。

（三）CFA考試緩考申請會(huì)被CFA協(xié)會(huì)采納的幾種理由

1、自己住院向主治醫(yī)生開生病住院治療的證明并簽字掃描給官方；

2、家人住院主要自己陪床的，要主治醫(yī)師開證明并簽字；

3、家人死亡證明；

4、或者是不可抗拒因素（自然災(zāi)害類）。

原則上：CFA協(xié)會(huì)將根據(jù)考生的實(shí)際情況來個(gè)別受理審批，申請理由僅限發(fā)生在考生本人或其直系親屬的重大疾病、自然災(zāi)害等對生命安全有直接危險(xiǎn)的事件。比如說地震，火災(zāi)，海嘯這種自然災(zāi)害；或是生孩子，動(dòng)手術(shù)，但需要主治醫(yī)生開證明。

如果符合以上4種情況，考生需詳細(xì)寫明情況，并提供相關(guān)證明文件發(fā)送至CFA協(xié)會(huì)郵箱（info@cfainstitute.org ），CFA協(xié)會(huì)審核通過后則證明緩考成功。但這并不能*延期任何候選人的任何條件，而是讓終審法院有權(quán)酌情決定哪些延期請求被批準(zhǔn)和否認(rèn)。授予延期的候選人負(fù)責(zé)所有適用的新課程費(fèi)用。延期申請必須在CFA研究所在預(yù)定考試之前或在考試日期后的10個(gè)工作日內(nèi)收到。

受理延期申請成功后，CFA協(xié)會(huì)將會(huì)提供給考生一個(gè)“Offer Code”，考生可據(jù)此報(bào)名下一期考試。

注意：如果由于一些不可抗的因素提出的緩考、延考申請，獲得協(xié)會(huì)的審核通過后，是不需要再交考試費(fèi)的，但僅限延期到下一次的考試，這個(gè)申請是沒法代辦的，必須考生自行提交申請。

Refund and deferral policies

A full refund of your enrollment and registration fees is available within two (2) business days of payment if you change your mind. Due to fluctuating exchange rates outside our control, we cannot guarantee that the exact amount paid to CFA Institute will be the same amount (in other currency) returned. Thereafter, enrollment and registration fees are nonrefundable, even in the event of a medical condition or other extreme circumstance. Enrollment and registration fees are non-transferable.

Registration deferrals to the next available exam are considered on a case-by-case basis for life-threatening or very serious illnesses (candidate or immediate family), expectant mothers, natural disasters, and mandatory military service. This does not guarantee a deferral to any candidate for any condition but instead provides CFA Institute with the discretion to determine which deferral requests it approves and denies. Candidates awarded a deferral are responsible for all applicable new curriculum charges. Deferral requests must be received by CFA Institute prior to the scheduled exam or within 10 U.S. business days after the exam date.
