1. Chattels: Tangible moveable property 有形動產(chǎn)

a）Wasting chattels 譬如汽車、摩托等： Expected life on disposal ≤ 50 years

如果是設(shè)備 qualify for capital allowance,那么虧本賣，無 loss

如果是設(shè)備 qualify for capital allowance,那么盈利賣，計算同下方 NWC。

b）Non wasting chattels 譬如字畫，古董，珠寶，手稿

2. Wasting assets (other than chattels)

Intangible assets ，無形資產(chǎn)，譬如專利、商標(biāo)；estimated remaining useful life ≤50 years and original value will depreciate 折舊攤銷。計算 gain 時，成本需要 written down on a straight line basis 3. Principal private residence relief (簡稱 PPR)

Gain arising on individual’s only or main private residence is exempt from CGT if the owner has occupied the whole of the residence throughout his period of ownership Gain from 唯 一主 要的住所，免除 CGT。

Deemed occupation 視作占用

a) Any reason up to 3 yrs, preceded & followed by actual occupation 前后居住，當(dāng)中空著，空著的 3 年（不管什么原因）可以視作居住。

b) Live abroad due to employment, preceded & followed by actual occupation 前后居住，當(dāng)中出國工作，空著的時間視作居住。

c) Live elsewhere in UK due to employment up to 4 years, preceded & followed by actual occupation 前后居住，當(dāng)中在英國其他城市，但視作居住不超過 4 年

d) Last 18M of ownership always deemed occupied zui后 18 個月，不管住沒住。
